What is a Venue License?

A Venue License allows public playback in a physical space: cafés, hotels, spas, churches, offices, clinics and retail. Personal licenses are for home only.

What does “Own all 7 → unlock 4 Complete Series films” mean?

Each series has 7 volumes. When all 7 are released, you get 4 curated long-form films (~9 min each). These stay locked until the full set is available. (14 curated long-form films for Extended)

When does the bundle unlock?

Bundle unlocks after all 7 volumes are released. If you purchased early, new volumes are added automatically — no extra cost.

Can I upgrade from Personal to Venue?

Yes. Buy the Personal version of a volume, then add Venue for that volume. You don’t have to re-buy the base product.

Can I download again later?

Yes. Your Lucel files are always available in your Gumroad library — forever, no subscription.

Can I use Lucel on digital signage?

Yes. Venue covers public playback on digital signage inside your physical space.

What’s the difference between Personal / Creator / Venue?

Personal — home use only

Creator — edit, remix, post online (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, etc.)

Venue — public playback in physical spaces
